So you will see most (all?) pro drifters now running 2 pairs of calipers out back. This is obviously not possible with a hydro hand brake in-line. The rules state that the foot brake must always, under all circumstances, put pressure to all 4 wheels. The reason being that while you are pulling on the handle, the foot brake no longer works the rears. Many organizations do not allow them to be plumbed into the service brakes. The implementation of these hydro e-brakes is something of a controversy in the drifting community. I don't want the EDL putting on the brakes while I'm trying to spin the rears, etc. Personally, I think I would want to completely disable any and all ABS operation while I was drifting.
